At The Paw Print, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original condition. If your items don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, our team is here to help you find the right size or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
